We're here to make money, not to argue and make enemies. I dislike forming cliques and small circles. I've hated the kind of small circles that exclude people in class since I was in school, and I also hate the clique culture in the office after I started working. So no matter where I am, I treat everyone equally. I don't look up to anyone, nor do I look down on anyone. A good mindset leads to a good life experience.
